The architect in charge of this project envisioned creating, for their client, a restaurant owner passionate about wine and fine dining, an elegant wine cabinet in the corridor leading to the dining room, to showcase the bottles featured on the menu.

A specific request was made to integrate a dedicated charcuterie space in the left section of the cabinet. We therefore designed a separate compartment to prevent the aromas of the charcuterie from affecting the wine ageing process, while ensuring adequate cold air circulation to maintain a constant temperature of 15 degrees.

The cabinet structure, crafted from robust steel, is complemented by joinery featuring thermal break frames for flawless insulation, essential for the preservation of the wines.

Every aspect has been meticulously crafted to provide an optimal environment for the most delicate vintages. Temperature regulation is ensured by a high-precision refrigeration system, offering perfect stability within the cabinet. This creation transcends the notion of storage to become a functional work of art, blending bespoke design, premium materials and advanced technology, offering the restaurant owner an exceptional space dedicated to their culinary and wine passions.
